How to Sign In to CrowdStrike on a Browser
This guide explains general browser sign-in checks for authorized CrowdStrike users. Your organization may use a customized identity provider or access route.
Sign-in steps
- Open a trusted browser on your work computer.
- Navigate using the CrowdStrike portal address provided by your administrator or organization.
- Enter your approved work credentials, or select your organization’s SSO option when prompted.
- Complete multi-factor authentication if required.
- If access is denied, record the exact error message and contact your administrator.
If sign-in does not work
- Check whether your password has expired or needs to be reset through your organization’s identity provider.
- Make sure your account is assigned the correct role and product permissions.
- Check whether your organization has an active service notice or maintenance window.
- Try another supported browser after confirming that browser extensions are not blocking the sign-in flow.
